Delete your Suchary data

You can permanently delete your Suchary cloud identity and associated app data. This does not require a paid service or subscription.

Delete data in the app

  1. Open Suchary.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete cloud data.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

The app deletes the current cloud identity and creates a new empty anonymous identity so you can keep using Suchary.

Request deletion of identifiable data without the app

Email contact@apptrick.dev with the subject Suchary data deletion request. If you linked an email to Suchary in an older release, send the request from that address so we can verify and delete the matching record. Current releases use an anonymous cloud identity and do not ask you to create a user-facing account. For that anonymous data, the in-app control is the reliable deletion method. If you no longer have the app, contact us and we will delete any records we can safely identify. We will explain if an old anonymous record cannot be matched without risking another user’s data.

Data deleted

  • the Supabase authentication identity used by Suchary;
  • joke collection and favorites;
  • daily rewards and streak data;
  • stored push token, installation record, notification preference, locale, and time zone linked to that identity.

Data that may remain

Suchary clears the deleted identity from future Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics events. Historical analytics, diagnostics, advertising, and fraud-prevention data may remain with Firebase, Google, AppLovin, or Meta under the provider’s retention rules; after the Supabase identity is deleted, AppTrick no longer keeps the account record that linked that pseudonymous ID to an email or display name. We may retain limited request correspondence when needed to document and complete the deletion. If a legal or security obligation requires longer retention, we will explain it in our response.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests are normally completed within 30 days after we can verify the matching record.
