Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using any mobile application operated by AppTrick ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our applications.

1. Use License

AppTrick grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our applications on your personal mobile device
• Use the applications for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access features and content provided through the applications

This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the application materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials

2. User Responsibilities

When using our applications, you agree to:

• Use the applications only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the applications
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Not use the applications to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your purchase
• Accept the specific terms of the purchase presented at the time of transaction

3.1 Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective store:

• Apple App Store: Request a refund
• Google Play Store: Request a refund

3.2 Subscriptions

If applicable, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your device settings.

4. Advertising

Our free applications may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. By using our applications, you consent to the display of such advertisements.

5. Intellectual Property

The applications and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by AppTrick and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our applications may contain images, graphics, sounds, and other content that are:

• Created by AppTrick
• Generated using artificial intelligence tools
• Licensed from third parties

All such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Services

Our applications may contain links to or integrate with third-party services that are not owned or controlled by AppTrick. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. AppTrick makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The operation or availability of the applications
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• That the applications will meet your requirements
• That the applications will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AppTrick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your access to or use of the applications
• Unauthorized access to your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the applications

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AppTrick and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from:

• Your use of the applications
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the applications will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our applications after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AppTrick regarding the use of our applications, superseding any prior agreements between you and AppTrick.
