Summary

The table gives the short version. The sections below give the details for each app. Each App Store listing also shows Apple's privacy label for that app; the labels and this policy describe the same services from two angles.

What the services do

The same handful of services appear across the apps. Here is what each one does, once, so the app sections can stay short.

• Local storage - Progress, settings, history and journals are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them. Device backups (iCloud, Google) may keep a copy under your own account.
• Supabase - Our cloud database and authentication provider, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). Some apps use it for accounts and synced data; others only download content from it (puzzles, word packs, catalogues), which involves no account.
• AppTrick configuration - Many apps fetch a small file from apptrick.dev at launch to check whether the installed version is still supported and to read feature settings. The request carries no app data; our host sees the ordinary request details (IP address, time).
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics - Usage events (screen views, feature use) and crash reports with device and app state. In newer apps analytics starts disabled and turns on only after you accept measurement in the consent flow; crash reporting in release builds does not depend on that choice. Where an app has an account, the crash report may carry the account identifier so we can diagnose one user's problem.
• Google AdMob and mediation - Free versions show banner, interstitial or rewarded ads. AdMob and its mediation partners (Meta Audience Network, AppLovin) may process device and advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, app interactions and diagnostics for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement and fraud prevention. Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent where required, and on iPhone the App Tracking Transparency prompt controls tracking-based personalisation. Contextual or non-personalised ads may still be shown where permitted.
• Purchases - Apple or Google processes the payment. RevenueCat manages the receipt and the entitlement under an anonymous app user identifier. We never see your card details.
• Push notifications - Apps with cloud notifications store a push token and basic device details (platform, language, time zone) on our backend so a message can be delivered. Turning notifications off stops delivery; deleting the account or cloud data removes the record.
• Apple Search Ads attribution - Fun Facts and Suchary read Apple's attribution token after install to learn whether an Apple Search Ads campaign led to the download. This uses Apple's AdServices framework and is not tied to your name.
• AI providers - DreamBook AI and Crystal Lens (and KolorowAI, in preparation) send the text or photo you submit to Google Gemini, directly or through OpenRouter, via our Supabase edge function. The provider processes the request under its own terms. The specifics are in each app's section.

Fun Facts - Did you know?

Fun Facts works with an optional account that syncs your activity between devices.

• Account - Sign in with Apple, Google or email. Your email address, display name and, if you add one, an avatar photo (chosen from your photo library and uploaded to Supabase Storage) are stored in our Supabase database in the EU.
• Synced data - Likes, saved facts, collections, comments and comment likes, and notification settings are stored under your account.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics records usage events and Firebase Crashlytics records crashes. When you are signed in, the crash report carries your account identifier (a random UUID, not your name) so we can diagnose problems affecting one account.
• Advertising - Google AdMob with Meta Audience Network and AppLovin mediation, with the consent flow described above.
• Push notifications - Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers the daily fact. We store your account ID, push token, platform, language and notification preference, and delete the token when you sign out or disable notifications.
• Compatibility check and attribution - The app reads an AppTrick-hosted minimum-version file and Apple Search Ads attribution.
• Deletion - Settings > Delete Account deletes your account and the records linked to it: profile, likes, saves, collections, comments and device tokens. This is irreversible. If anything linked to your account remains after that, write to us and we will remove it.

Suchary: Dry Jokes & Puns

Suchary creates a pseudonymous Supabase identity automatically so the app can provide cloud-backed gameplay without asking for your name or email. Permanent account creation and account linking are not offered in the current release.

• Accounts linked in older releases - Earlier versions allowed some users to link Apple, Google, or email credentials. For those users, Supabase may still store the email address, provider identity, and display name associated with the existing account until the user deletes the cloud data.
• Cloud gameplay data - Supabase stores the pseudonymous user ID, joke collection and favorites, daily rewards, streak, and related timestamps. Supabase is hosted in the EU.
• Analytics and diagnostics - Firebase Analytics processes screen views, feature interactions, lifecycle events, ad-revenue events, device or app information, and installation identifiers. Firebase Crashlytics processes crash logs, stack traces, diagnostics, and app or device state. Suchary associates the pseudonymous Supabase user ID with these Firebase services so we can diagnose problems affecting one app identity.
• Advertising and consent - Google AdMob, with AppLovin and Meta mediation, may process and share IP-derived approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for consent before ad requests and provides privacy choices from Suchary Settings.
• Push notifications - If you enable notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging and our Supabase backend process a push token, generated installation ID, platform, notification status, locale, time zone, last activity timestamps, and the linked pseudonymous user ID. Disabling notifications stops notification delivery; deleting cloud data removes the stored push-device record.
• Remote configuration and attribution - The app fetches a small AppTrick-hosted compatibility policy and reads Apple Search Ads attribution. Neither request includes your joke collection or streak.
• Data deletion - In Suchary, open Settings and choose Delete cloud data to remove the Supabase identity and associated gameplay and push data. If you no longer have the app, use the Suchary data deletion page to submit a request.

Polish Panoramic Crosswords

• On your device - Solving progress, statistics, achievements, streak and reminder settings. Daily and streak reminders are scheduled locally.
• Cloud - Puzzles and theme packs are downloaded from our Supabase backend; this needs no account. Where the release offers it, you can sign in with Apple, Google or email, and if notifications are enabled a push token with platform and timestamp is stored so reminders can be delivered.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. Premium removes ads and unlocks the full archive; RevenueCat manages the entitlement.
• Deletion - Delete the app to remove local progress. If you created an account, use the account deletion control in Settings or write to us.

Hangman: Polish Word Game

• On your device - Progress, the words you have solved, settings.
• Cloud - Word categories and word packs are downloaded from our Supabase backend without an account. The app also reads an AppTrick configuration file.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in release builds.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation. A one-time Remove Ads purchase through RevenueCat.
• Deletion - Delete the app.

Emoji Quiz: Guess the Clue

• On your device - Progress, unlocked packs, daily challenge streak.
• Cloud - Puzzles, packs, categories and offers are downloaded from our Supabase backend without an account.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation. A one-time Remove Ads purchase through RevenueCat.
• Deletion - Delete the app.

VAT Calculator - Gross & Net

• On your device - Calculation history, which you can clear from the History screen.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner and interstitial) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. A one-time Remove Ads purchase through RevenueCat.
• Deletion - Clear the history or delete the app.

Margin & Markup Calculator (Kalkulator Marży)

• On your device - Calculation inputs and results used for pricing, margin, markup, VAT and fee decisions.
• Cloud - No account. The app may read an AppTrick configuration file; it does not upload your numbers.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner and interstitial) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. Premium removes ads; RevenueCat manages the entitlement.
• Deletion - Delete the app.

Kalkulator B2B i ZUS

• On your device - Amounts, settings and results.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics stays off until you accept measurement in the consent flow. Crash reports in release builds are collected independently of that choice.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. Premium through RevenueCat.
• Deletion - Delete the app.

Sober Drive: When Can I Drive

• On your device - Your sex and weight profile is stored on the device. The drink log of the current session is kept in memory only and is not written to storage.
• Diagnostics - Crash and diagnostic reports may be collected in release builds.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. A one-time Remove Ads purchase through RevenueCat.
• Deletion - Delete the app. The estimate is informational and is never sent anywhere.

Boilo: Egg Timer

• On your device - Your doneness choice and settings. The finished-egg notification is scheduled locally.
• Cloud - An AppTrick configuration file is read at launch.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics stays off until you accept measurement in the consent flow; Crashlytics collects crash reports in release builds.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner and an occasional interstitial) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. A one-time Remove Ads purchase through RevenueCat.
• Deletion - Delete the app.

DreamBook AI: Dream Journal

• On your device - Your dream journal and the interpretations are stored on the device. There is no account and no cloud copy of the journal.
• Microphone and dictation - If you record a dream by voice, the app uses the microphone and the speech recognition built into iOS or Android to turn it into text. The recording is not uploaded by us.
• AI interpretation - When you ask for a reading, the dream text, the capture mode, your language, the analysis mode, the transcript if you dictated, and up to five short summaries of your recurring symbols are sent to our Supabase edge function, which forwards them to Google Gemini (directly or through OpenRouter). Our backend passes the request on and does not store your dream text in our database; the AI provider processes it under its own terms and retention policy.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics in release builds.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. Premium is a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat under an anonymous identifier.
• Export and deletion - Profile offers a JSON export of your journal, deletion of single dreams and Clear all. Deleting the app removes the journal.

Crystal Lens: Stone Identifier

• On your device - Your collection, notes, favourites, wishlist and the photos you keep.
• Camera and photos - The camera or photo library is used only to take or choose the stone photo you want identified.
• AI identification - The photo is sent, as image data, to our Supabase edge function or directly to the AI provider (Google Gemini, directly or through OpenRouter) to identify the stone. Our backend records each scan (provider, model, request identifier, timing and outcome) but does not store the photo in our database; the AI provider processes the image under its own terms and retention policy.
• Optional account - Settings lets you sign in with Apple, Google or email to keep an account with us. A scan does not require it. To delete an account, write to contact@apptrick.dev.
• Cloud catalogue - The mineral atlas is read from our Supabase backend.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
• Advertising and purchases - Google AdMob (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation in the free version. Premium is a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription processed by Apple and managed by RevenueCat under an anonymous identifier.
• Deletion - Delete entries from the collection or delete the app.

Apps in preparation

These apps are not yet on the App Store. Their listings may already point to this policy, so here is what they do in their current builds.

DeskBreak

DeskBreak does not require an account. Exercise progress, statistics, reminder settings, language, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally by iOS.

• Remote configuration - The app may fetch a small configuration file hosted by AppTrick to check compatibility and feature settings. It does not contain your exercise history or reminder schedule.
• Advertising and consent - The free version uses Google AdMob with Meta Audience Network mediation. Google's User Messaging Platform collects applicable consent choices before ad requests. On iPhone, App Tracking Transparency controls whether tracking-based advertising is allowed. Contextual or non-personalized ads may still be available where permitted.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics starts disabled and is enabled only after the app's consent and measurement flow allows it. Firebase Crashlytics may collect release-build crash diagnostics so we can fix reliability problems.
• Premium purchase - Apple processes the one-time Remove Ads Lifetime payment. RevenueCat manages the anonymous purchase receipt and Premium entitlement. AppTrick does not receive your payment-card details.

AntiSnore Coach

AntiSnore Coach does not require an account. Onboarding completion, language and haptic preferences, exercise progress, streaks, and exercise statistics are stored locally on your device. The app does not record you with the microphone.

• Remote configuration - The app fetches a small AppTrick-hosted configuration file containing backend endpoints and compatibility/feature flags. The request does not include exercise history, streaks, statistics, or app preferences.
• Advertising and consent - The free version uses Google AdMob. Google's User Messaging Platform collects applicable consent choices before ad requests. On iPhone, App Tracking Transparency controls whether tracking-based advertising is allowed. Contextual or non-personalized ads may still be available where permitted.
• Analytics and crash reporting - Firebase Analytics starts disabled and is enabled only after the app's consent and measurement flow allows it. Firebase Crashlytics may collect release-build crash diagnostics so we can fix reliability problems.
• Premium subscriptions - Apple processes the weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable subscription payments. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app user identifier to process App Store transaction/receipt data and manage the Premium entitlement. AppTrick does not receive payment-card details.

Przerwa dla Oczu and Spakowani

Both apps keep their data on your device (break settings; packing lists and templates) and need no account. They read an AppTrick configuration file at launch. Firebase Analytics stays off until you accept measurement; Crashlytics collects release crash reports. The free versions show Google AdMob ads (banner, interstitial and rewarded) with Meta and AppLovin mediation, and a one-time purchase through RevenueCat removes them. Spakowani can share a checklist as text when you choose to.

Kalkulator PIT

Your figures stay on your device; there is no account and no analytics. The free version shows Google AdMob ads with the consent flow described above, and Premium through RevenueCat removes them.

KolorowAI

• Identity - The app creates an anonymous Supabase identity automatically and lets you sign in with Apple, Google or email if you want to keep your work across devices.
• Photos and AI - The photo you pick or take is sent to Google Gemini to produce the colouring page. The source photo, the generated page and the job record (with your user ID, credits and purchase state) are stored in Supabase Storage and our database so you can return to them. They are not deleted automatically; write to us to have them removed.
• Analytics, ads and purchases - Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics; Google AdMob in the free version; a Premium purchase through RevenueCat.

In-app purchases

Some apps offer optional Premium features or an ad-free upgrade through Apple's or Google's in-app purchase system. Purchase information is handled by the store. We use RevenueCat to manage purchase and entitlement status, including one-time purchases and subscriptions where offered, but we do not have access to your payment details.

Children's privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our apps are designed to be safe for users of all ages.

This website

apptrick.dev is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log requests (IP address, user agent, requested page) to operate the service; see GitHub's privacy statement. Fonts, images and the site's own scripts are served from this domain; no font service or ad network is loaded. The only third-party code is PostHog, loaded from eu-assets.i.posthog.com after you allow analytics.

• Analytics (optional) - We use PostHog, hosted in the European Union (eu.posthog.com), to understand how the site is used. PostHog runs only after you allow it in the cookie notice. When allowed, it stores a cookie and a local-storage entry on your device containing a random visitor identifier, and it records page views, clicks and scrolling, the referring page, device and browser type, screen size, page performance (Web Vitals) and an approximate location derived from your IP address. It also produces click heatmaps, session replays (a reconstruction of how a page was scrolled and clicked, tied to the pseudonymous visitor identifier) and reports of JavaScript errors on the page. Anything typed into a form field is masked before it leaves your browser. We do not use PostHog for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we honour the browser's Do Not Track setting.
• Your choice - Your decision is stored on your device. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer. If you decline, no analytics script is loaded and no cookie is set.
• Retention - Analytics events are kept in PostHog under its standard retention and are not combined with any app account data.

Your rights

For apps that store data locally, you can delete local data by uninstalling the app. For account-based apps, use the deletion control in Settings. Suchary users can delete their cloud identity and associated gameplay and push data from Settings > Delete cloud data or use the Suchary data deletion page. For other access, correction, objection, portability, or deletion requests, contact us at contact@apptrick.dev. We answer within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
