AppTrick ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile applications.

This policy applies to all AppTrick applications including Photo Object Remover, Insta Profile Grid Planner, Hippo Dash!, Ciekawostki - Niesamowite Fakty, and any future applications we publish.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Most of our apps are designed to work without requiring you to create an account. Some apps (such as Ciekawostki - Niesamowite Fakty) require an account for personalized features. We may collect:

• Account Information: Email address, display name, and authentication data when you create an account or sign in via Apple, Google, or email/password
• App Settings: Your preferences and settings (stored locally on your device)
• User Photos: Photos you select from your device gallery for grid planning are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded to our servers
• User-Generated Content: Comments, likes, saves, and other interactions within apps that support social features
• Support Requests: Information you provide when contacting us for support

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our apps, we may automatically collect:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers
• Usage Data: App interactions, feature usage, crash reports
• Advertising Data: Ad interaction data (through Google AdMob)

1.3 Third-Party Data Collection

Our apps use the following third-party services that may collect data:

1.4 Instagram Data (Insta Profile Grid Planner)

When you connect your Instagram account in Insta Profile Grid Planner, we access the following data via the Meta/Instagram Graph API:

• Public Profile Information: Username, profile picture, bio, follower count, and following count
• Media Data: Your posts and their thumbnails

Important details about Instagram data handling:

• Instagram access tokens are stored securely in Firebase Firestore and are never stored on your device
• You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the app's Settings screen
• We do not post to, modify, or take any actions on your Instagram account

1.5 Photo Data (Photo Object Remover)

Photo Object Remover uses on-device AI (LaMa inpainting model) to remove objects from your photos. No image data is ever sent to any third-party AI service. The app interacts with the following third-party services:

Important details about how this app handles your data:

• On-Device AI Processing: All AI object removal processing happens entirely on your device using a locally stored neural network model. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers, any AI cloud service, or any third party.
• AI Model Download: The AI model (~200 MB) is downloaded once from HuggingFace (huggingface.co) when you first use the object removal feature. This is a one-time download of model weights only — no personal data, photos, or usage information is sent during this download.
• No Third-Party AI Services: The app does not use any cloud-based AI services (such as OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS, or similar). All image analysis and object removal is performed locally on your device's processor.
• Camera & Photo Library Access: The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you select or capture photos for object removal. Photos are processed locally and saved back to your device.
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store, transmit, or retain any of your photos or edited images on any server.
• Advertising: The free version displays ads through Google AdMob (see Section 3 below). AdMob collects device identifiers for ad targeting — this does not include any photo data.
• In-App Purchases: You can remove ads via a one-time purchase managed by RevenueCat (revenuecat.com), which receives an anonymous user ID and tracks your purchase status.
• Data & Privacy Consent: On first use, the app displays a mandatory consent screen that names each third-party service and explains what data they receive. You must agree before proceeding.

1.6 Game Data (Hippo Dash!)

Hippo Dash! stores all game progress locally on your device using SharedPreferences. Important details:

• Local Storage Only: Game progress, scores, unlocked characters, and settings are stored entirely on your device and never uploaded to any server.
• No Account Required: The game does not require registration or login.
• Advertising: The game displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads through Google AdMob (see Section 3).
• Simulated Gambling Elements: The game includes a daily spin wheel and lootbox mechanics. These use in-game currency only (lilies) and do not involve real money transactions. The game is rated 12+ due to these elements.
• App Tracking Transparency: On iOS, you will be asked for permission to track your activity across other apps for personalized advertising. You can decline without affecting gameplay.

1.7 Ciekawostki - Niesamowite Fakty

Ciekawostki - Niesamowite Fakty is a Polish-language fun facts app that requires an account for full functionality. Important details about data handling:

• Account & Authentication: You can sign in using Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or email/password. When using Apple Sign In, you may choose to hide your email via Apple's Private Relay. When using Google Sign In, we receive your Google account email and display name. For email/password sign-in, we store your email and a securely hashed password.
• Backend & Data Storage: Your profile, interactions (likes, saves, comments), and reading history are stored on Supabase servers hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption.
• User-Generated Content: Comments you post on facts are visible to other users and stored on our servers. Likes and saves are private to your account.
• Advertising: The app displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads through Google AdMob (see Section 3). App Tracking Transparency permission is requested on iOS before showing personalized ads.
• Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. This immediately and irreversibly removes all your data including your profile, likes, saves, comments, and reading history from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting and Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage statistics to improve the app experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and maintain our applications
• Improve and optimize user experience
• Display relevant advertisements
• Analyze usage patterns and fix bugs
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Advertising

Our free apps display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

3.1 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Turn off Personalized Ads

3.2 Ad-Free Experience

You can remove ads by purchasing the "Remove Ads" option available in our apps.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our apps (e.g., Google AdMob)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger or acquisition

5. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. App settings are stored locally on your device and deleted when you uninstall the app.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information.

• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of personalized advertising
