How do I remove ads from the app?
Our apps are free to download and supported by ads. If the app offers an in-app purchase to remove ads, you can find it in the app's settings or store screen. Once purchased, ads will be removed permanently for your Apple ID. If you have trouble with your purchase, please contact us at contact@apptrick.dev.
Can I transfer my purchase to a new device?
Yes. All in-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not your device. To restore a previous purchase on a new or reinstalled app, look for the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's settings. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I report a bug?
We take bugs seriously. Please email us at contact@apptrick.dev with the following details:
- Which app and version you are using
- Your iPhone or iPad model and iOS version
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)
Screenshots or screen recordings are always appreciated and help us fix issues faster.
How can I submit a feature request?
We love hearing from users. Send your ideas to contact@apptrick.dev with the subject line "Feature Request". While we cannot promise to implement every suggestion, we read every message and genuinely use user feedback to shape our roadmap.
Is my data safe? What data do you collect?
We are committed to your privacy. Our apps do not collect personal information beyond what is required for the app to function. Any data collected is described in full in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. If you have specific questions about data handling, please reach out to us directly.
When will the "Coming Soon" apps be available?
Hippo Dash! is currently in development and will be available on the App Store soon. We are working hard to make it the best experience possible before launch. Follow apptrick.dev for updates, or email us if you want to be notified at launch.
