How can we help?

Yes. All our apps are free to download from the App Store. Some offer optional Premium features or an ad-free upgrade through in-app purchases.

Open the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Our apps are built for iPhone. Most require iOS 15 or later; Fun Facts, Suchary and Polish Panoramic Crosswords require iOS 16 or later. The exact requirement is listed on each app's page here and on its App Store listing.

Our apps are published on the App Store for iPhone. There is no public Google Play listing at the moment; an Android build of Suchary exists only in closed testing. If an Android release becomes generally available, its store listing will be linked from the app's page.

Most of our apps store data only on your device; deleting the app removes it. Fun Facts accounts can be deleted from Settings > Delete Account. Suchary stores cloud gameplay data; delete it from Settings > Delete cloud data or use the Suchary data deletion page. Crystal Lens accounts and KolorowAI cloud galleries are deleted on request by email. For anything else, email us and we will handle it.

Most do. Apps with AI features (DreamBook AI, Crystal Lens) need an internet connection for the analysis itself, and apps with cloud sync (Fun Facts, Suchary) need one to sync.

Neither requires an account. The free versions may show ads after the consent flow. A one-time Premium purchase removes ads; in DeskBreak it also unlocks the full exercise library and custom reminder controls. You can restore the purchase from the Premium screen or Settings.
